A U-part wig is a wig with a U-shaped large opening at the top which allows you to leave your real hair out and blend over a half wig.
A V-Part Wig is new class of wigs with a V-shaped opening at the top, that’s smaller than the opening with a U part, to blend your real hair over a half wig. V Part wigs were inspired by the True + Pure Texture TruPart Wig,
The TruPart Wig is a new True + Pure textured hair patent-pending wig invention with an innovative breathable wig base and an ultra slim parting at the top, that’s smaller than both the U-Part Wig and V-Part Wig. The Tru Part has 90-100% less leave out at the top (tighter textures like Type 4C textured hair are closer to no leave out) and the TruPart Wig has the versatility function of a full wig, without lace and glue – showcasing a very natural hairline blend and part with your real scalp.

WHAT STYLES & TEXTURE TYPES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE TRUPART?
TruPart Wig Has Significantly Less Leave Out than a U Part Wig: A U-Part Wig can leave as much as 40%-50% of your hair out at the top, whereas with the TruPart Wig has 10% leave out to no leave out of your real textured hair.
TruPart Wig Has Breathable Base, U-Part Wig Does Not:
U-part wig doesn’t have a breathable base, like the TruPart Wig does. The TruPart breathable base promotes a healthier scalp.
TruPart Wig Design Is Crafted More to The Contours of The Human Head Than The U-Part Wig:
Unlike the TruPart Wig designed to accommodate the contours of a real human head, the U-Part Wig can be ill-fitting because they’re not designed and crafted with the true shape of the head in mind.
TruPart Is a More Superior Quality Grade Than Most U-Part Wigs:
The U-Part is often the lowest quality hair grade in comparison to the TruPart Wig, and even the V-Part Wig. The U-Part Wig has the most synthetic blends and animal fibers at a cheaper cost than both TruPart Wigs and V-Part Wigs. TruPart Wigs are ALWAYS 100% true and pure virgin hair. The U-Part Wig is least ideal for long lasting hair in comparison to the TruPart Wig and V-Part Wig.
TruPart Wig Has Less Leave Out Than a V-Part Wig:
Although a V-Part Wig has less leave out than the U-Part Wig, with a V-Part Wig allowing for just 20% of your hair out at the top, the TruPart Wig has 10% or less leave out, to no leave out of your real textured hair.
TruPart Wig Has Breathable Base, V-Part Wig Does Not:
V-part wig doesn’t have a breathable base, like the TruPart Wig does. The TruPart breathable base promotes a healthier scalp.

WHO IS THIS TRUPART WIG FOR?
There are 5 key steps True + Pure Texture recommends for the maintenance regimen of a TruPart Wig:
#1 Initial Shampoo, Cleanse, & Detangling
Once you receive your TruPart Wig - gently shampoo, cleanse, and detangle it.
#2 Style on A Wig Block
Carefully style your TruPart Wig on a wig block – by pinning it down to control without pulling and yanking it. You need a stabilizer to properly style your TruPart Wig. Thus, you should aways use a wig block, and never style your TruPart Wig on your own head.
#3 Take It Off Before Going to Bed Every Night
Make sure to remove your TruPart Wig before going to sleep each night. You get longer wear by taking it off before you go to sleep because you’re not rubbing and wearing the hair out each night
#4 Regular Shampoo, Cleanse, & Detangling Every 2-3 Weeks
If you’re consistently wearing your TruPart Wig daily – you should shampoo, cleanse, and detangle it every 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks is recommended for a wash & go style, 3 weeks is recommended for blowouts.

The best time to wear the TruPart Wig is ANYTIME. The TruPart Wig can be worn daily because it can be taken on and off, which gives you access to your own hair & scalp to properly care for it. The TruPart Wig can be worn for any event and any season.
NO!!! You should not go under water in a TruPart Wig, and we don’t recommend anyone go under water in any wig - U-Part Wig, V-Part Wig, and Lace Front Wig included – especially for textured hair. The advantage of wearing a TruPart Wig is it’s easily removable, so you don’t have to get it wet!
Now of course you can wear your TruPart Wig as a wet & go style around the pool & look cute with your toes in the pool for a fly poolside, vacay, or beach video aesthetic – but NO swimming, deep diving, or snorkeling or any activity that requires you to put your head under water, when wearing the TruPart Wig.
Just so we’re clear…please remove your wig when swimming because NOBODY SHOULD BE SWIMMING WITH A WIG…PERIODT!

Type 4 hair typically requires more maintenance due to its tighter curl texture which is often in need of moisture and attention. But the caveat is Type 4 hair does not like high manipulation. Yes. Even the best quality wigs and hair will shed. TruPart Wig is no exception.
This is because luxury textured hair is created with single hair donors held by a thread, so as you comb through the hair, without exception, some of these hairs will naturally slip from the loop of the hair.
The shedding is not falling from a human head, it’s due to a certain amount of physical force pulling the hair from the more fragile thread.
Because of this we over-volumize our TruPart Wig pieces to account for a certain percentage of shedding that will naturally occur. So despite shedding, you will still have a full density TruPart Wig piece that lasts a long time. Gently styling your TruPart Wig will also minimize shedding.
