Self-care is a self-love liberation choice.

Self-care is answering the question “Who’s Loving You?” with one word:
“ME!”
This “Me” should be the last person on earth you ever forget.
So on Valentine’s Day or any other 365 days throughout the year – you should always be able to say, “I found the greatest love of all/inside of me.”

Because we’re all Curlfriends, I can keep it all the way real with you.
