Processing, Shipping & Tracking
All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Closed Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A tracking number will be provided for each order. Be sure to create an account to keep track of all orders.
Instore pickup orders are available in 24 business hours or less. Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Closed Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. An notification will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.
How much is my shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15.75, while Express (1–2 day) shipping is $30.75. For international orders, additional shipping fees and duties may apply.
Loss or Stolen (Package Not Received)
Be sure to monitor your shipping notifications carefully and frequently. Once a package has been released to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or non-delivered packages.
If you have not received your package after receiving a tracking link, please contact the shipping carrier directly as soon as possible to initiate a claim or investigation.
We are unable to intervene or offer replacements/refunds once the package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping company.
