Neither is better in every situation. A traditional weft is more robust and usually holds more hair per inch, which matters if you want maximum fullness. Why it matters more on textured hair

On straight hair a weft has nowhere to hide, so seamless helps. On textured hair the calculation is different in both directions, and it is worth understanding before you pay more for it.

Where texture helps you. Coils and kinks have volume, and volume conceals. A traditional weft that would show through silky straight hair can vanish completely under a defined 4B wash-n-go. If your hair is dense and you are placing wefts low, the seam is not your problem.

Where texture works against you. Textured hair is often worn stretched, pressed or blown out, and a straightened state removes the volume that was hiding the weft.
